Echoes of Eden

Echoes of Eden is a blog post complimenting the biblical essences and ethos behind Eden Cupcake Floristry. Exploring the journey from the Garden of Eden, the separation of man with God; a faithful Promise and mission to be reconciled again through the Son of God with the mission accomplished on the Cross through Jesus Christ. Exploring biblical values and examples to inspire communities and families through each celebration. Behind the cakes and treats there is a deeper meaning, value and purpose to inspire a meaningful consciousness with each celebration.

Did God really say?

Now the serpent was more cunning than any Beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the Garden’...? (1)

Blog Disclosure

I was a son (daughter) of perdition; now on a journey of redemption and forgiveness, seeking through the Word of God the Way, the Truth and the Life that can only be found in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. And how do I have this conviction because I have all certainty that He is with me through His Word, through His Spirit that teaches me (yet I am still unlearned… personal disclosure I take a while to digest things; literally even in my body; my low iron doesn’t absorb well nutrients so I can get extremely tired easily if I eat too much). I find it a very striking analogy reflecting my spiritual digestion, it comes in but it just doesn’t quite take root...yet. Though, I have diagnosed my spiritual iron deficiency problem; it’s called Pride… God through His Word and His Spirit has already been teaching me some tips how to get over it but it hasn’t quite taken root yet in its full effect. Writing helps me process things and I hope as I write, share and give those things I have received to you also, it will help me to hit the mark and let it all sink in. So my giving and sharing with you is to also learn and keep those things and hope that as it helps me it will help you also. Kind of like Joseph; he stored up whilst in Egypt as the Lord instructed him and then he dispersed all that he had gathered in order to preserve both himself and the people who were also in the famine. But that’s why we’re here to share this amazing journey through the Word of God and the Spirit that hovers over the depth of my soul saying “let there be light, let there be light” and there was light and I want to share that amazing light with you. Full disclosure these adventures are personal revelations I have had with the Word of God, the Holy Spirit and the help of His church and the many resources it provides to help us and support us on this wonderful and yet treacherous journey to Eternal Life.

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”(i)
