Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline how Eden Cupcake Floristry operates and the responsibilities of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Bespoke Orders & Payment

All orders are bespoke and made to your specific requirements. A non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment must be received before work begins. Payments are used immediately to purchase ingredients, materials, childcare cover, and operating expenses; therefore refunds are not possible once payment has been made.

2. Refunds, Cancellations & Non-Fulfilment

Due to the bespoke nature of our work and the immediate use of funds, we cannot offer refunds, including: Customer-initiated cancellations; Change of mind; Inability to collect; Any situation where the product has already been started, prepared, or supplies purchased. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to an emergency, illness, childcare restrictions, or reasons outside our control: We will notify you as soon as possible. Instead of a refund, we may offer: A full credit note for a future order. A date transfer to another available date. A value equivalent product at a later time. By booking, you agree to these alternatives as acceptable remedies.

3. Illness, Food Safety & Household Considerations

Eden Cupcake Floristry adheres to UK food safety guidelines. In line with guidance requiring a 48-hour clear period after vomiting/diarrhoea within a household, we will pause production if a member of the household is unwell. If this affects your order date, the non-refund policy still applies, but we will provide a new date or credit note.

4. Pricing, Deductions & Charges

4.1 Pricing accounts for:

Ingredients; Materials; Operational expenses; Childcare; Fees (card fees, platform fees); Required business deductions including transaction fees, tax and tithes

Final pricing is structured so that a specific net amount remains after deductions (20% tax, 10% tithes, fees). Prices may change without notice depending on supply costs and market conditions.

5. Collections & Deliveries

Collection time slots are fixed. Late arrivals may affect product quality. Deliveries (if offered) require full and accurate address details.

We are not responsible for: Damage after collection/delivery. Weather-related effects after handover. Items left in cars, heat, or unsuitable environments

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

All products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While care is taken, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies.

7. Design Changes

Minor design changes are at our discretion depending on ingredient availability and seasonality. Major changes requested fewer than 72 hours before the order date may not be possible.

8. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph and use images of your order for marketing. If you prefer your items not to be photographed, please inform us at the time of booking.

9. Credit Notes & Transfers

Credit notes must be used within 6 months of issue. Date transfers are subject to availability and may require a price adjustment if pricing has changed.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Eden Cupcake Floristry, you confirm that: You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You understand the no-refund structure due to bespoke work and immediate use of payments. You accept credit notes or rebooking as the remedy for any date-related disruptions.
