These Pricing and Order Policies outline how Eden Cupcake Floristry operates and the responsibilities of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 MATERIAL COSTING AND PROCUREMENT POLICY FOR BESPOKE ORDERS: CONTINGENCY PRICING CLAUSE

All quotations for Bespoke orders are prepared using current market retail pricing for ingredients and materials to ensure availability, consistency, and reliable production planning. This allows us to secure all necessary resources in advance and maintain uninterrupted service delivery.

Where opportunities arise to source materials at reduced wholesale or supplier rates, these efficiencies may be utilised during production at our discretion. Any difference in cost is not itemised or retrospectively adjusted, as all quotations are based on standardised retail-equivalent pricing at the time of agreement.

Any procurement efficiencies achieved are retained within the business to support ongoing sustainability, reinvestment, and long-term growth. This ensures we can continue to maintain high standards, secure reliable sourcing, and invest in the development of Eden Cupcake Floristry.

DISCRETIONARY SERVICE CONTRIBUTION AND TRANSPARENT PRICING MODEL FOR BESPOKE ORDERS

We aim to maintain full transparency in our pricing. Where possible, our pricing reflects the direct cost of ingredients and production materials required to create your Bespoke order.

In addition to this, customers may be offered the option to include a discretionary service contribution at checkout for Bespoke orders exclusive of website offerings. This contribution is entirely optional and may be adjusted or removed at the customer’s discretion.

The service contribution supports labour, preparation time, energy usage, overhead costs, and the artisanal craftsmanship involved in creating each Bespoke order. It is not compulsory and does not form part of the purchase price of goods.

All Bespoke orders can be completed without including this contribution, and customers are under no obligation to add it. Any contribution made is voluntary and is treated as a gesture of support for the business and its craft for Bespoke work.

BESPOKE SOURCING AND LOYALTY INCENTIVE

Where a bespoke or first-time order requires the purchase of additional non-consumable materials, equipment, or production tools not currently held in stock (such as tins, moulds, or specialist items), these costs may be incorporated into the final quoted price.

These costs reflect necessary investments to fulfil the specific design requirements of the order and will always be communicated clearly prior to order confirmation.

As a gesture of goodwill and appreciation, customers whose orders include such sourcing costs may be offered a one-time loyalty discount of 15%–20% off a future order, subject to the following conditions:

• The discount applies to a subsequent order only
• The discount is non-transferable and has no cash alternative
• The discount must be used within a specified validity period (e.g. 3–6 months from issue)
• The discount applies to orders of equal or lesser value unless otherwise agreed
• The offer is provided at the discretion of Eden Cupcake Floristry

This clause reflects the long-term benefit of initial sourcing, which may allow future orders of a similar design to be produced more efficiently and at a reduced cost.

 

PRICING AND QUOTATION POLICY

All prices provided by Eden Cupcake Floristry are individually calculated based on the specific requirements of each order. Pricing may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, design complexity, ingredient costs, materials, labour, and order size.

We reserve the right to apply different pricing models in different circumstances. These may include:

• Cost-based pricing (reflecting ingredients, materials, and labour)
• Market-based pricing (aligning with competitor rates or customer budgets where appropriate)
• Value-based pricing (reflecting design, skill, and bespoke service)

Pricing may also differ depending on the nature of the order, including:

• Business-to-Consumer (B2C) orders (e.g. individual customers, celebrations)
• Business-to-Business (B2B) or corporate orders (which may include additional service charges, bulk pricing structures, or contract-based rates)

In some cases, we may adjust pricing to accommodate customer budgets or match competitor quotes at our discretion. Such adjustments are made on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent for future orders.

All quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change due to fluctuations in ingredient costs, material pricing, or order amendments.

 

PRICING & ORDER POLICY FOR BESPOKE WORK

Eden Cupcake Floristry specialises in bespoke and made-to-order cupcakes and edible gifts. Every order is custom produced, and pricing reflects the real cost of ingredients, decorations, and design time required to create your chosen product.

Because we purchase most items from local suppliers, costs can change based on current retail prices and stock availability. This means that the same type of order may have a different price at a later date if, for example, items such as colour gels, sprinkles, packaging, or specific ingredients need to be repurchased at a new price.

All final prices will be rounded up to the nearest whole number to simplify payment.

 

PRICING AND SEASONAL VARIATIONS (1)

All prices listed on this website are standard retail prices and are subject to change without notice.

Pricing may vary depending on event themes, seasonal occasions, promotional offers, or sales channels (including markets, pre-orders, or special collections such as Mother’s Day). As a result, certain products may be priced differently across platforms or time periods.

Pre-order collections, limited releases, or event-specific menus may be offered at promotional or adjusted pricing that differs from standard website or market pricing. The price confirmed at the time of ordering is the final applicable price.

For bespoke or themed orders, a tailored quotation will be provided based on design, materials, and preparation requirements.

 

COMPASSIONATE PRICING CONSIDERATION

At Eden Cupcake Floristry, we understand that every customer’s circumstances are different. Where possible, we aim to offer thoughtful and flexible options to help make our products accessible for meaningful occasions.

In certain cases, we may provide alternative options or tailored quotes to suit different budgets. This may include offering simplified designs, adjusted quantities, or scaled service levels while maintaining our quality standards.

These considerations are offered at our discretion and are based on individual circumstances. They do not affect the standard pricing structure and do not set a precedent for future orders.

Our intention is to balance compassion with sustainability, ensuring we can continue to serve all customers with care, creativity, and excellence.

 

PRICE VARIATIONS (2)

Prices for all Eden Cupcake Floristry products are subject to change and may vary depending on several factors, including:

 

• Market Demographics & Location: Pricing may differ between fairs, markets, and local areas to reflect the economic conditions, footfall, and demographic profile of each location.
• Ingredient Costs: Fluctuations in the cost or availability of ingredients may affect final pricing.
• Artistic & Design Requirements: Orders requiring additional artistic detail, unique themes, specialised decorations, or extended design time may incur an adjusted price.

 

TRANSPARENT COSTING (BESPOKE)
All customers receive a clear breakdown of costs before payment. Pricing includes:

• Materials and ingredients required
• Specialist items or decorations needed for your design
• Business overheads such as card processing fees and operating expenses

WHOLESALE PRICING ELIGIBILITY POLICY

Wholesale pricing is exclusively available to customers placing ongoing or repeat orders as part of a continued supply arrangement.

One-off or single orders do not qualify for wholesale rates and will be charged at standard retail or bespoke pricing.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for wholesale pricing based on order frequency, volume, and the nature of the business relationship.

 

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payment confirms acceptance of the agreed price. Once payment is made, orders cannot be refunded because:

• Third-party transaction fees are charged immediately
• Materials may be purchased as soon as payment is received
• Work on your order may begin straight away

For this reason, refunds are not available once payment has been made as payments will be used to directly source materials..

 

INABILITY TO FULFIL ORDER DUE TO ILLNESS, HOUSEHOLD ILLNESSES or EMERGENCY

As a registered home-based food business, Eden Cupcake Floristry must follow UK Food Standards Agency regulations.
If there is any vomiting or diarrhoea within the household related to a viral infection, all food production must stop for 48 hours after the last symptom to avoid contamination.

In the rare event Eden Cupcake Floristry is unable to fulfil an order on the agreed date due to circumstances outside our control (including illness, household illness, emergencies, accidents, or legally required food-safety interruption), refunds will not be issued.

INSTEAD, customers will be offered one of the following:

Available Resolutions (NO-REFUND Alternatives)

1. Priority Rescheduling
   Your order will be moved to the next available date.

2. Credit Note (Valid 12 Months)
   You may rebook any product of equal value within 12 months.

3. Like-for-Like Product Substitute
   If your exact item cannot be created, a similar item or theme of equal value will be provided.

4. Transfer to Another Recipient
   Your credit can be gifted or transferred to anyone you choose.

These options are the only resolutions available. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including illness or unavoidable disruption due to 3rd party fee allocations and direct purchase of source materials.

 

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS 

Because each order is bespoke and materials are purchased immediately:
customer cancellations cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred for reasons stated above.

 

AGREEMENT 

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept that:

All payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available under any circumstance.

The above resolutions will be provided if the business cannot fulfil the order.

Eden Cupcake Floristry reserves the right to update prices where necessary to maintain quality, cover cost increases, and reflect the value of bespoke, handcrafted work. Customers will always be informed of the final price before payment is made.
