Artistic Interpretation Policy
At Eden Cupcake Floristry, customers are welcome to provide photographs as inspiration when discussing a bespoke cupcake design. However, inspiration photographs are treated as provisional design references and not as exact templates for reproduction.
Photographs supplied by customers may be used to communicate elements such as:
- Overall colour scheme
- Flower or decoration types
- General arrangement and presentation
- Theme or occasion
- General style or aesthetic
However, the finished cupcakes may differ from the reference photograph in piping style, flower shape, decoration, colour tone, arrangement, size, proportions and overall appearance.
This is because each cake artist has their own artistic technique, piping style, equipment, piping tips, materials, colour availability and method of creating decorations. Consequently, an exact reproduction of another artist's work cannot be guaranteed.
Exact Replication of Other Artists' Work
Eden Cupcake Floristry does not undertake to reproduce another artist's work as an exact replica.
Where a customer provides a photograph of another artist's cupcakes, the photograph will be treated as inspiration for the requested design rather than a representation of the exact finished product.
If a customer requires a particular piping style or appearance, we strongly recommend that they first review Eden Cupcake Floristry's own portfolio/gallery to ensure that our artistic style and method of decoration are suitable for their expectations.
The closest representation of our work will always be demonstrated by our own portfolio, previous work and photographs of Eden Cupcake Floristry products.
