Did you know there is a God the Father personality different from God the Son?
What is the God the Father personality? God is a loving Father, merciful and kind... "The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, long suffering, and abounding in goodness and truth, 7 keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children"(1)

Yes God He FORGIVES and He loves and He does not desire to see the wicked to perish... "As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live"(2). Gods nature is that of a loving Father who CARES for the well being of His children and creation even from the days of Adam and Eve… in that garden… remember that tree… and that fruit… dot dot dot. He is also justice and righteousness and He hates what is not good and right… Yes He hates what is wicked.
And as every truly loving Father, He teaches through discipline, His children and whoever wants to be so that they may not end up in the path of evil, He disciplines so that they may turn away from the evil path they may be going down. He teaches because He is Holy, pure and true and there is no darkness in Him for He is the light and wants us to reflect His image. Even Jesus Himself confirmed “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.(3)
For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. 32 But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world (4)
Have you ever felt judged? Condemned? Well it is not to put you down…Don’t take it personal. God judges us so that we may see ourselves and our errors, so that we might be able to correct ourselves and be saved. If you are not judged and shown your flaws through life's ups and downs, how will you know and have the understanding of what needs to be done to turn around and get in that right path that will lead you to good.
Have you ever felt judged?
Well think of your children for you who are parents… it’s always a good example. If you see your children doing something and have in them a bad inclination or habit that you know later on will make them to suffer, what would you do? Would you ignore and leave them to continue down the path of certain failure and suffering? Or would you not correct them swiftly. Sometimes we are even too harsh with our children fearing for them not to go down that path that would lead to suffering. And isn’t that what our Heavenly Father does and wants to do with us.
My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord,
Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
For whom the Lord loves He chastens,
And scourges every son whom He receives.”(5)
Yes the love of God is in His discipline. The love of God is in His correction. Because as a Father He sees ahead and does not want to see His children to suffer. Who better to see ahead than the One who is omniscient, all knowing, who is the beginning and the end. And He has mapped it all out already in His Word from Genesis to Revelation, the testimonies, the witness of suffering and pain and the hope of something new, the hope of Salvation

So this God the Father personality is loving kindness but it is the discipline of a loving Father who desires Justice and Righteousness for all who are willing to give ears to His guidance and lead a life that will bring goodness, light and protection.
And God the Son… What is God the Son personality.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.(6)
God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirt are all one and the same but also they have their different characteristics and personalities like any family right. You have mum loving, kind and gentle then you have dad who is firm strict and unyielding then you have the kids who are just innocent, free, wild and loving. And it’s no different with the Holy trinity which is the first institution of family in heaven. God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Where we have a loving but disciplined Father, God the Son is that extra dose I can say the second mile of that love, yes Jesus goes the little bit extra mile for love, He is love And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.(7)
Jesus was the one to hang around tax collectors who were like government official thieves, prostitutes, uneducated people etc. Jesus is the one who knew that one of His friends is going to betray Him as the scriptures prophesied from the beginning yet until the very end He tried to save that friend
Immediately he went up to Jesus and said, “Greetings, Rabbi!” and kissed Him. But Jesus said to him, “Friend, why have you come?” Then they came and laid hands on Jesus and took Him. (8)
Yes Jesus is that one who doesn’t give up on anyone until the very end… "and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (9)
Because He is love
The Holy Spirit is just the one who brings it all together God the Father personality, God the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirt completes the Holy family tree, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the resurrection. He brings the dead to life. He raised Jesus from the dead and today He raises us from the dead of our errors and our ways that will lead us to a path down the road of suffering. The Holy Spirt brings together the personality of God the Father loving and caring but discipline and God the Son loving and faithful to the end, bind up together to make it possible for anyone to receive the fulfilment, purpose and love from a faithful God
The Holy Spirit makes it possible for us to receive and understand this care from God to turn away from a path that’s not right. The Holy Spirt makes it possible for us to receive the faithful love of Jesus the life and more abundantly that He came to give us. He is the complete piece of the plan of God for our lives He makes that good and perfect will of God for us to come true.
Faith, love and hope.
